• Carrier's responsabilty :
The carrier's responsability is governed by laws dated 18 June 1966, 3 January 1967 as well as accompanying decrees. The carrier cannot be held responsible for change of circuits, timetable, cancellation of departure or any other incidents caused by force majeure. After departure no claims can be accepted. Weather conditions can influence many aspects of your trip.
• Rules and regulations :
Passengers must be able to present their tickets when requested. Under all circumstances passengers must comply with all rules and regulations as established by the company, as well as with all orders of the captain and his subordinates.
Passengers must be present 15 minutes before departure, if not present no refund can be claimed.
• Modifications and or annulations :
The company reserves the right to change itineraries or cancel services in case of bad weather conditions. Only the captain can judge navigation conditions and make the de decision to cancel certain maritime services. In case of annulation by the company passengers can be refunded or the excursion postponed to a later date.
